We collect different information depending on whether you are a feedback submitter (leaving a voice message) or an account holder (dashboard user).
When you leave a voice message via QR code, WhatsApp, or direct link:

Anonymous by architecture: Even under legal compulsion, we cannot produce a sender's identity. This is a technical constraint, not a policy choice.
We never sell your data. We do not use voice feedback for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or any purpose outside the service you signed up for.
VoiceZero.AI integrates with Google services to provide authentication and calendar scheduling features. This section specifically describes how we access, use, and protect Google user data in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
When you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, VoiceZero.AI may access the following Google user data:

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or behavioral targeting. The voice recording interface uses zero cookies.
VoiceZero operates primarily from US data centers. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for such transfers.
VoiceZero is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has submitted information through our service.
We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, zero-knowledge architecture for feedback submitters, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Full details at voicezero.ai/security.
