What the Digest Contains

• Top themes of the week: The three to five most prominent topics from theme clustering, ranked by volume and emotional intensity. Each theme includes its message count and aggregate sentiment score.
• Sentiment trend summary: A comparison of this week's overall sentiment against the previous week and the trailing four-week average, highlighting whether the organization is trending positively or negatively.
• Emerging topics: New themes that appeared this week for the first time, flagged as potential early signals of emerging issues or opportunities.
• Notable messages: Anonymized excerpts from voice messages that represent the most emotionally intense feedback, both positive and negative, giving stakeholders a visceral sense of what people are saying.
